My name is Dustin Bess and I welcome you to All the Temples!  When I was about 15 years old I made a goal that I wanted to personally photograph every LDS temple in the world.  At the time there were about 50 temples scattered throughout the world because this was before President Gordon B. Hinckley’s announcement to start building smaller temples, in more remote locations.

Even though the number of temples now, either finished, presently announced, or under construction, has increased to almost three times the amount it was when I made this goal, I am still committed to striving to reach it.  This website is a way for me to share my progress with the world.

I hope that you will understand that some of these photographs were taken only as I was passing through certain areas and for this reason, they are not all of the same caliber that I would have liked to have captured each temple in.  Although it is ideal for a photographer to wait for that light that helps capture the best image, it has not always been possible for me to wait for that moment in my journeys.   Nevertheless, I sincerely hope you will enjoy your time here and I hope you enjoy my work.  All the Temples documents only my temple photos (and occassionally other religous buildings).  If you would like to see my other work please visit my full site at www.dustinbess.com
